Our destination wedding weekend package provides ample time and space for you to relax and celebrate with your friends and family. Our coordinators can help you craft the ultimate whole weekend slow down so you can be present for each moment, from rehearsal dinner, to 'I do', to 'We did!' Over the three day weekend you'll enjoy strolling the property, relaxing poolside, stargazing by the fire circle and dining on signature catering. Let our staff and on-site wedding coordinator manage the day-of timeline and conduct reception set up while you get ready. Our breathtaking fairy ring of ancient redwoods provides a memorable space for exchanging vows. Your guests will leave your redwood destination wedding with full hearts, relaxed souls, and smiles!

Venue Coordinator
Our experienced coordinators are here to help! Includes fourteen hours of pre-event consultation, 1.5 hour on-site rehearsal and rehearsal dinner management, and day-of event management.
On-Site Lodging
Our Honeymoon Redwood Cottage is included in your package. Two houses, seven cabins and a yurt can accommodate a maximum of 72 guests at our regular rates. Access to over 20 camping spaces is also included.
On-Site Catering
Our catering team will customize your rehearsal dinner, reception meal and farewell brunch. Meals include tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, staff, setup & tear down. Bar is BYO - no corkage fee!
Ceremony Site
Say 'I do' among the redwoods. Ceremony chairs for up to 100 guests is included. With our additional built-in benches, we can accommodate 150-160 seated in the Amphitheatre.
Property Use
We have one wedding at a time and your guests will enjoy 43 hours of access to our 104 acre property. Multiple ceremony & reception space options. Parking on site. Pool open seasonally.

An Unforgettable & Quality Meal
Our chef works with local organic farmers in the agriculturally diverse Central Coast, which enables him to draw upon the finest ingredients. Organic and non-GMO proteins and ingredients are used as often as possible. He delights in preparing a wide range of delicious and healthy meals to make your event truly memorable, including his signature fresh baked bread for each dining table. Guests are thrilled by the creativity and balance of the meals served at Amphitheater of the Redwoods at Pema Osel Ling.
Whether elegantly simple, classic, or international in flavor, the variety of dining options and our chef's dedication will ensure that your wedding is a complete success. Our extensive 17 page menu features endless options and is fully customizable.
Catering packages include chairs, tables, linens, china, silverware, water glass, flatware, bus staff, cake cutting, dessert plates and silverware, event tear down and trash removal. Options for upgrades and add-ons are plentiful and are arranged with your coordinator as part of our coordination services.
